This Oak House is a family owned Canadian company that offers a large selection of beautiful solid wood furniture. With low overhead and “no middleman”, This Oak House offers the lowest pricing available on furniture made from solid oak, cherry, maple, quarter sawn white oak, elm, walnut and more. Purchase your piece from our floor or order with your specifications choosing the wood, stain and style. YOU can be part of the design team.
All furniture at This Oak House is finished using the finest stains and catalized coversion varnish which withstand moisture and protect the surface of your furniture for many years. We know the craftsmen personally, so, on the rare occasion we have a problem we return it to the man who crafted the piece and have the problem rectified quickly and efficiently.
As a family owned business, we work hard to make our name synonymous with integrity. Instead of dealing with a faceless corporation, you will find friendly faces who are here to assist you. Because we’re a family business, you won’t find high pressured salesmen working on commission. We understand that buying furniture is a big decision and our goal is to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.
WORTH THE DRIVE!
We are proud to be a Canadian company offering 100% Amish handcrafted furniture made from 100% North American hardwood. This Oak House is located north of London in Birr, Southwestern Ontario. Situated less than two hours from Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and Windsor, one hour from Kitchener, Waterloo and Sarnia, their fantastic pricing makes it worth taking the drive.
QUALITY & STYLE
This Oak House prides itself on the outstanding quality of our furniture and we are known for the different styles we offer. From modern simplicity to fine casual to cottage classic to country flare, we can make any furniture design dream come true. While most furniture stores have moved their factories overseas and have cheapened the quality of their product, we stand by the community of small Amish wood shops who still make integrity a part of each product.
