Our Policies

Warranty

Because of the nature of solid wood products a certain amount of swelling and shrinkage will occur with the change of seasons. Climate control will minimize this.

Defects

We offer a one year warranty against any flaws or defects in the wood which may cause cracking. Any cracks that occur more than one year after are not covered.

Time

We have learned that if you are going to have a problem with the product, it will occur within the first 12 months. Anything longer is very rare.

Repairs

All warranties will be backed by a guarantee of repair or replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs are not covered under our warranty.
