Delivery Service
We strive to have your order in 8-12 weeks. This is an estimate. Our builders require time to give the attention to detail needed for the piece they are building for you. From selecting wood for your order to the final clear coat, care is taken at every step of the process.
We do our best ,but, unforeseen delays can happen. We never rush our craftsmen. This furniture is built for a lifetime and well worth the wait!
We personally take our own trailer to the workshop when we are notified your piece is ready. Furniture is checked over, then carefully blanket wrapped for the trip back to our store.

Delivery
We offer a delivery service which includes set–up. Local delivery is $75, and out-of-town cost is determined by distance. We try to cover our cost, not profit from this service. Our delivery guys are careful and courteous. You are welcome to show them your appreciation!
****Before our men arrive please be sure that there is a place to park the trailer.
***Area should be free of ice, snow or debris.
***Inside path cleared for them to carry your items.
We are not insured to move existing furniture. Please have the area cleared and ready.
Pick up
You are welcome to pick up only from our store. Remember, this furniture is not boxed or crated, so, you will be responsible to bring appropriate padding material (old blankets etc.) and a large enough vehicle or trailer.
Merchandise cannot be picked up on Mondays or Sundays.
Please call ahead if you are going to need assistance loading.
This Oak House is not responsible for any damages to your car from our furniture
