This Oak House has terms to follow when leaving a message on our contact page

The rules below is the deciding factor  of your message receiving a response from our team.

• Messages must be in English

If you leave a review in any other language besides English, TOH will not respond to your email; this goes for random gibberish too. If your native and only language is a language besides English, we apologize for the inconvenience. However, we need to have full communication with you to make our responses quick and smooth.

• No selling us products or services

If you try selling us products/services  through our contact page, it will be disregarded, at deleted. Even if you follow up with a genuine question, we will assume it’s a bot, or that you have more interest in selling us things than our furniture and your question.

• Your message must be a question

A message that doesn’t directly ask us about our furniture obviously doesn’t warrant a response. This may be out of good heart, but there are other ways to leave messages like personal email, review, or social media comment.

If you left a message that you believe follows these all of these rules,

Then the message most likely just went unspotted, rather than us choosing not to respond to you.
